No, you cannot use offers from WodBottom.com on the WODBOXX. This includes any benefits associated with being a member of our Truly Bootyfull Club. You will not be able to use discount codes, gift cards, rewards, or vouchers on the purchase of a WODBOXX. We specially cultivate each box to get you a great deal - no extra offers needed!
Absolutely! To give the WODBOXX as a gift, simply click on the "this is a gift" toggle during the checkout process. Once clicked on, you will be able to select the date you want the subscription to start and how many shipments you would like the recipient to get. It is possible to only gift one WODBOXX if needed. Personalized gift messaging is also available.
If you need to skip a couple months of the WODBOXX, that is definitely an option! On your customer login, please find the WODBOXX repeating subscription and select "manage." On the next page, select the link for "subscription settings." You should then be able to select the "pause my subscription" option and confirm your decision. You are ony allowed to skip up to 2 shipments in a row, if you want to delay payment longer than that, you will have to cancel your subscription to WODBOXX. If you have a payment due, you will not be allowed to skip a month.
At this time, WODBOXX is only available to customers in the United States.
You can update your billing information by logging into your customer account here: https://smarty.wodboxx.com/account/auth/login. Once you are logged in, click on the "manage" text under your WODBOXX subscription to edit your address and update your payment method.
To cancel your subscription to WODBOXX, please login to your customer account at https://smarty.wodboxx.com/account/auth/login. Once logged in, find the WODBOXX subscription and click on the "manage" text. After that, click on "subscription settings" and select "cancel my subscription".
At this time, we don't offer custom WODBOXX orders.
The number of items in the WODBOXX varies from month to month, but the total value of the items in the box will always be over $100. You can also always count on getting a pair of shorties in your WODBOXX.
At this time, WODBOXX is unable to cater to allergies.
